Bug Description
I'd like to consider adding support for CMC: Certificate Management messages over CMS
It's a fairly common way to request certificates, I'm not sure how / what AuthN is provided.
This would be extremely useful to the Leeson project when using TPM's (want to use Anchor as a PCA).
Barbican already supports simple CMC as per this spec: http://
