[testrail] TestRail reporter should be able to set custom name for test plan

There is a possibility to pass ANY MOS iso to tests swarm, so reporter will not be able to determine milestone and build number using image name. Also it should be possible to manually set some custom label for new test plan in TestRail.

Allow to set custom version for iso on SWARM

This is needed when we pass image with custom
name to tests SWARM and want to report results
to the special-called test plan in TestRail.
