fuel_plugin_example_v3 doesn't change the name in nodes role selection menu

Scenario:

1. Install plugin (http://jenkins-product.srt.mirantis.net:8080/view/plugins/job/build-fuel-plugins/194/artifact/built_plugins/fuel_plugin_example_v3-3.0-3.0.0-1.noarch.rpm)

2. Create env with all default parameters
3. Enable plugin in settings of cluster
4. Specify name 'custom_name' in test field.
5. Try to choose role for node , which is called 'custom_name'

Actual result:
We cannot find role with specified name. We can see only 'Set here the name for the role. This name will be displayed in the Fuel web UI.'

Expected result:

We can chose role from role list, which is called 'custom_name'

If it is expected behavior for this plugin and I don't understand something , you can move this bug to invalid.
