logging to syslog forget python traces

I analyze failed custom BVT logs, and found:

the same log file master node (collected by syslog) differ, than log file on controller node:

fyi, The actual problem that we see here :

So, if you really need this "feature" in oslo.log for sending traces over to syslog, please open an upstream bug.
