cross build patches need review/update for 3.3.2

Seen when trying to merge 3.3.2 for 16.04.

with the cmake build

Hi doko, I started a blender no-change rebuild on top of cmake 3.5.1 and it seems to be building correctly.

for sure the configure phase has ended, and now it is building.
