Please sync minetest (universe) 0.4.13+repack-1 from Debian unstable (main)

Please sync the latest version of minetest from Debian.

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
minetest (0.4.12+repack-2ubuntu1) wily; urgency=medium

  * Fix freetype2 include dir variable name as per README.txt.

This patch is now included in the Debian package.

  * New upstream release.
  * Drop the following patches.
    - FindIrrlicht.cmake.patch, merged upstream.
    - FindJson.cmake.patch, upstream added -DENABLE_SYSTEM_JSONCPP=1
  * Fix freetype2 include dir variable name as per README.txt.
    Patch from Robert Bruce Park (Closes: #794823).
