Bug Description
1. In any bug report (such as this one), choose "Also affects distribution".
2. Observe the "Distribution" menu.
What you see: The default value is Baltix.
What you should see: Something that doesn't lead people to file bugs on Baltix by mistake.

Yes, just set default to Ubuntu or set default to nothing - force user to choose some distro manually. So, if user chooses "Distribution/ Package… " and simply press button "Continue" in distro choosing page, then he should get such message:
"You didn't choose any distribution (operating system)"
"Please select distribution, to which you wanna assign this bug"
