Bug Description
MAAS doesn't show which disk is the boot disk, and It cannot be changed in the UI either.

as discussed with Blake and Rich, use the same approach as we choose for the PXE indicator on network interfaces.
we'll replace the "PXE" header with "Boot"
and we will use the radio button we use to indicate an active/spare RAID disk
