When accessing Settings indirectly the name in the top bar is "Gnome-control-center.real"

Bug Description
After upgrading from Ubuntu GNOME 15.04 to 15.10 running GNOME 3.18 I have noticed that if you go to somewhere like the desktop (with desktop icons active) and right-click selecting "Change Background" that it takes you to the gnome-control-

The binary has been renamed since and that issue resolved
