Issue: Descriptions of "id", "links" and "name" response parameters of
       "GET /v3/groups" are incorrect.

Descriptions of the following response parameters of "GET /v3/groups"
are incorrect.

Parameter Current description Correct description
id The credential ID The group ID.
links Policy links The links for the group.
name The name of the resource. The group name.
