Bug Description
Again this is the latest ISO downloaded today - tested in a virtual machine.
In settings manager there is a auto start link, however on the menu there is a Start up program settings. So possibly the same program with 2 different entries.
I tried to load up the Start up program settings from the menu and all I got was a refresh of the desktop, as in it got re-drawn, but this kept happening as in it was in some sort of loop.

I can confirm, that either it does not work or it is difficult to understand [how to use it].
I edit the file ~/.jwmrc directly.
(I have discussed it directly with Israel a few days ago.)
