Bug Description

While moving several files, one at a time, from one thunar window to another, thunar randomly crashed.
The file transfer completed and it is upon completion of the move that it seems to crash.

It is just like the crashes that plagued thunar leading up to the 1.6.10 release.

I decided to do a complete reinstall, downloading a new copy of the Xubuntu image, checking its signature, making a new bootable flash drive, verifying its integrity.

While the second clean install did eliminate a couple of other weird issues, the seg fault crash with thunar remains.

thunar is crashing with more than half of the files I move so it is unusable. I'll have to switch to a different file manager.
Am I the only one experiencing this?

I've experienced a similar problem: the files were correctly moved, but Thunar crashed.

It also crashed after renaming a file. Not sure if it's a related bug or a different one.

I confirm this bug.
When I cut a file and paste it in another directory, the thunar window suddenly disappear (but the file is moved anyway).
When I look at the logs I see this :

nov. 01 14:10:19 laptop kernel: Thunar[11808]: segfault at 1 ip 00007ffbe2a8f88d sp 00007fff650bcfd8 error 4 in libgobject-2.0.so.0.4600.1[7ffbe2a5b000+52000]

How can I downgrade to Thunar 1.6.6 after doing d0-release-upgrade from xubuntu 15.04 to 15.10 thus switching from Thunar 1.6.6 to 1.6.10? Is there any chance to downgrade just Thunar?
