Create a Network-Arista release for liberty

The liberty release for networking-arista contains a number of new improvements such as:
1. Support for multiple CVX instances
2. Support for multiple neutron instances

It also has fixes for:
1. Shared routers
2. Shared networks

Thanks for the pointers. I have updated the bug description. This is a liberty release which has not been tagged in git yet. Since we do not have permissions to tag it, could you help us tag it in the repository as well?

Thanks Shashank. I still need the commit SHA to create the stable/liberty branch from. Once you give me that, I'll create the stable/liberty branch and tag the 2015.2 release.
