add icon should be monochrome

Once upon a time, in luna, the most common actions used colored icons.

But in the brave new world of freya, the most common actions in files, music and midori are monochrome. So the green add icon feel a little bit out of place in apps that are using it, like firefox for new tab.

This change would make the elementary stylesheet more consitent across all apps, since the + icon is different on apps using granite for tabs and thoses who don't.

There's nothing I can do about that. We do supply -symbolic namespace icons, but Firefox has to choose to use them

Ok, I am gonna report a bug in firefox.

In the sentence "You are using the icon A in firefox, and should use B instead.", what are A and B ?
