Scrollbar glitch with hidden tabs

Bug Description
When the tabs are hidden by default (when only 1 tab is open), then the scrollbar just becomes white, but scrolling actually works. When I open second tab, scrollbar looks the way it should, close one of the tabs, looks glitched again.
