Impossible to change the MAC address of a prism54 PCMCIA card

Bug Description

the command : sudo ifconfig eth2 hw ether 00:00:11:22:33:44 gives the output :
SIOCSIFHWADDR: Erreur d'entrée/sortie

I have done the command sudo ifdown eth2 before to try to change the MAC address of the device.
