validation error at wrong place

Steps to reproduce:

0. Open Firefox
1. Go to launch instance dialog
2. Enter name
3. Enter character in instance count field
4. Switch to tab 'Access & Security'
5. Click on launch

Expected result:
- e.g. tab is switched, error displayed

Result:
- Error is shown below browser window

Remark:
- Behavior is browser dependant.

In firefox 42 in mac os x (10.11) the message differs of position (see screenshot), definitely error message is not display correctly. In Chrome and Safari is displayed correctly.

In chrome(windows) the message did not displayed, because the form field is not allow to enter a character, but in firefox this bug exist.

i cannot reproduce this error in either chrome or firefox by following the steps, everything seem to be working as expected.
