Bug Description
Not a bug per se, more a feature request or plan for the future.
It looks like Microsoft are encouraging the use of their new Resource Manager and Resource Group architecture for new deployments and I don't think Juju currently supports this. I only discovered this recently when planning a new deployment. Whether MS plans to phase out classic deployment remains to be seen.
It seems like the RG functionality duplicates a lot of what Juju does anyway, but I'm yet to fully comprehend what it's all about.
