Bug Description

When entering a directory with a symbolic link to a pipe, dolphin freezes on wily.

Reproduce by:
$ cd
$ mkdir freeze-dolphin
$ mkfifo /tmp/mypipe
$ ln -s /tmp/mypipe freeze-dolphin/link-to-pipe
$ dolphin & # click freeze-dolphin icon and try to go back

On my system the two symlinks .lyxpipe.in -> /tmp/kde-XXX/kileQoFNxO/.lyxpipe.in and .lyxpipe.out -> /tmp/kde-XXX/kileQoFNxO/.lyxpipe.out are permanently present in the home directory leading to an unusable dolphin once show hidden file is enabled.

Workaround:
 o use dolphin4
