[fuel-docs] sample network template with two networks doesn't work

I've tried to deploy MOS with sample network template with two networks.
Performed all steps as described in documentation, but deployment failed.

Current result: deployment fails with following error
Deployment has failed. Method granular_deploy. Failed to execute hook 'shell' Failed to run command cd / && sh /etc/puppet/modules/osnailyfacter/modular/astute/generate_haproxy_keys.sh -i 1 -h public.fuel.local -o 'haproxy' -p /var/lib/fuel/keys/

Expect result: deployment finishes successfully

Also, template with one network fails too, on hosts.pp. I've tried to set meta 'render_addr_mask', but it is not accepted because this is Admin PXE network.
