reactivate/deactivate image using CLI

There does not seem to be a CLI option to use the activate/deactive image functionality as described in http://www.sebastien-han.fr/blog/2015/05/06/openstack-glance-deactivate-an-image/. The API is available as described in http://developer.openstack.org/api-ref-image-v2.html.

Would it be possible to add this to glanceclient since it is a very useful function for administrators and the curl syntax is difficult to use.
