Xorg crashes frequently when a new window opens.
I use Gnome-flashback with XMonad window manager.

I think this is related to the bug.
Sometimes when a new windows is opened both my monitors turn off for a second. Most of the time this can be achieved by launching some KDE app. After that I can see those messages in Xorg.log:
