Bluedevil from KDE doesn't find bluetooth

The bleutooth of KDE 5 (plasma) doesn't find the bluetooth at startup.

I've to use blueman-manager after the restarted the bleutooth service

My laptop crashed since. I did fresh install and bluez is working now.
