Bug Description

After merging a change https://review.openstack.org/#/c/197943/ there is a problem: the code was merged but the package http://mirror.fuel-infra.org/mos/snapshots/centos-6-latest/mos6.1/updates/Packages/fuel-agent-6.1.0-7132.1.noarch.rpm contains no changes. Also it is very confusing to find out where should reside the built package before and after the merging.

I don't see the fix - only a workaround which is to ask Dmitry Burmistrov to trigger build manually. Please investigate and fix the issue itself.

We retriggered jenkins jobs for building lost nailgun package. The problem related to the jenkins/network and will be tracked as a separate bug #1507621
