[LMA] MySQL logs aren't collected anymore

Bug Description

Tested on MOS 7.0 with the LMA master branch.

There's no mysql logs in Elasticsearch because the mysqld logs are at /var/log/mysql/error.log while Heka is looking at the /var/log/mysqld.log file.

Note that when the node is rebooted, MySQL logs again to /var/log/mysqld.log...

Any explanation for MySQL saving logs in /var/log/mysql/error.log and then in /var/log/mysqld.log after reboot? Does that make any sense to you?

@Eric, I don't have the exact explanation but it probably has to do with Fuel configuring MySQL with Syslog and for some reason, it isn't taken into account before a reboot.

I also confirm that as Simon said there is a configuration in rsyslog for mysql to log in /var/log/mysqld.log. So for some reason this configuration is not taken into account when the node is started the first time but after the reboot it behaves as expected.
