Bug Description
$ magnum help ca-sign
usage: magnum ca-sign [--csr <csr>] --bay <bay>
Optional arguments:
--csr <csr> File path of the csr file to send to Magnum to get signed.
--bay <bay> ID or name of the bay.
When executing the command, There is only the use of the command and isn't the introduce.
