Bug Description

Package obconf-qt provided by this repository is lacking desktop entry file /usr/share/applications/obconf-qt.desktop so the applications doesn't make it to panels' menus.

Some months ago there was an upstream issue preventing the file from getting considered during the regular building procedure, see https://github.com/lxde/obconf-qt/issues/6. So it could be you happen to use source code that's still suffering from this issue. Don't know this repo's infrastructure well enough to check this myself, though.

FWIW package obconf-qt provided in the official Ubuntu repositories does not suffer from this problem.
