Bug Description
Currently coefficient of scaling of arrows on the on-screen control panel in Oculars plugin hard coded (see: https:/
I propose introducing option in main GUI of the plugin for change scale of arrows in range 1.0..2.0. Current implementation of the on-screen control panel cannot give possibility for on-fly changes of GUI.
