Make OSTF results more readable

I think we need to improve readability of OSTF results in systets output.

We have output in dictionary format. I offer make it more readable with following improvements
1. Make output not in dict format
2. In first column show results
3. In second column will be name of test

See attached screenshot to understand what I offer and what I mean

    Create function pretty_log which makes log in table format.
    Use this function instead of json.dumps() in fuel_web_client.py
