OSTF tests of platform have failed:

Typical stack actions: create, delete, show details, etc.-> AssertionError: Step 2 failed: Stack was not created properly. Please refer to OpenStack logs for more details.

Advanced stack actions: suspend, resume and check -> InternalServerError: update_port_postcommit failed.

Check stack rollback -> InternalServerError: update_port_postcommit failed.

Update stack actions: inplace, replace and update whole template -> etworkInUseClient: Unable to complete operation on network 2efe318e-daa6-44f7-bf6e-b4027430e1a8. There are one or more ports still in use on the network.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Install plugin VMware-dvs 1.1.-0 on master.
2. Deploy cluster with 'Ceph RBD for volumes' (Cinder) and 'Ceph RBD for images(Glance)'
3.Add nodes:
3 controllers
1 cinder-vmdk + ceph-osd
1 compute + ceph-osd

4. Fill vcenter credentials:
Availability zone: vcenter
vCenter host: '172.16.0.254'
vCenter username: <email address hidden>
vCenter password: Qwer!1234

8. Add 2 vSphera Clusters:
Nova Computes
Add Nova Compute Instance:
Cluster: ‘Cluster1’
Service name: any
Datastore regex: .*
Target node: controller
Cluster: ‘Cluster2’
Service name: any
Datastore regex: .*
Target node: controller

9. Deploy cluster
