Bug Description

lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu Wily Werewolf (development branch)
Release: 15.10
but I started with 15.04 and it says it did a recovery.

 sudo apt-cache policy pkgname
N: Unable to locate package pkgname

I ran sudo do-release-upgrade -d
and expected it to upgrade my system to the latest 15.10
it looks like it did partly but it failed during the upgrade see below for the end info. it states
"Upgrade complete

The upgrade has completed but there were errors during the upgrade
process."
I want to make sure that it is gonna work right.

In apt-term.log we can see the following:

1422 Setting up rpcbind (0.2.1-6ubuntu4) ...^M
1423 [....] Starting rpcbind (via systemctl): rpcbind.service^[[?25l^[7^[[1G[^[[32m ok ^[[39;49m^[8^[[?12l^[[?25h.^M
1424 Setting up nfs-common (1:1.2.8-9ubuntu10) ...^M
1425 invoke-rc.d: unknown initscript, /etc/init.d/gssd not found.^M
1426 dpkg: error processing package nfs-common (--configure):^M
1427 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 100^M

So this looks like it is an issue with the nfs-common package.

affects: ubuntu-release-upgrader (Ubuntu) → nfs-utils (Ubuntu)
