这个显示是kilo安装手册，但是在同步数据时参数仍然用的juno，这会在后续步骤中报错。
# su -s /bin/sh -c "neutron-db-manage --config-file /etc/neutron/neutron.conf \
  --config-file /etc/neutron/plugins/ml2/ml2_conf.ini upgrade juno" neutron

juno应该改为kilo才可以，不然下一步就会出错，网络节点无法连接到控制节点。

In zh_CN version, install guide in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7, CentOS 7, and Fedora 20 Kilo version----Install and configure controller node part

the install guide is base on kilo,but when sync the neutron database still use the 'juno' version, there will be cause error in the next steps.

# su -s /bin/sh -c "neutron-db-manage --config-file /etc/neutron/neutron.conf \
  --config-file /etc/neutron/plugins/ml2/ml2_conf.ini upgrade juno" neutron

the 'juno' should change to 'kilo'
