Some performance values for the buildings help text

Bug Description

I measured the time needed by many buildings to make a full working cycle. It's not a bug, but I was told to report it here, so it can be implemented in the help text of the buildings under "performance", where it mostly says "calculation needed".
Here are the values, expressed in seconds it takes one building to make one ware

barbarians
- farm: 100 seconds

atlanteans
- farm: 80 seconds
- blackroot farm: 80 seconds

empire
- farm: 80 seconds
- mill: 19 seconds
- bakery: 34 seconds
- brewery: 65 seconds
- piggery: 60 seconds
- tavern: 36 seconds
- inn: 85 seconds to make one ration AND one meal. If economy only needs one, 48 seconds to make either. Strangely, that the inn takes longer than the tavern to make a ration.
