Bug Description

Timed runs were disabled for 8.0-kilo.all job. Initial misconfiguration was left unnoticed because of https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1496511, but reboot of jenkins master caused by https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1505191 triggered full configuration reload.

Fixed in https://review.fuel-infra.org/#/c/12777/
