Bug Description

All the config included in midonet-nsdb.pp [1] should be persistent and to stay after a reboot.

Invalid. Because in puppet module puppetlabs/firewall v1.0.2(which used in Fuel 6.1) persistence of rules between reboots is handled automatically.
