Bug Description

It is not possible to disable alarm which was passed

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a one-time alarm and set it to ring in the next 10 minutes.
2. Close clock app
3. Change timezone (or disable phone and wait till alarm will pass)
4. Open clock app
5. Notice that alarm is "Passed" and "Enabled".
6. Disable alarm
7. Close clock app
8. Open clock app

Currently:
Notice that alarm is still "Passed" and "Enabled".
