Bug Description

The link - http://docs.openstack.org/openstack-ops/openstack-ops-manual.pdf may have a problem. The downloaded file is around 270 KiB and cannot be opened by the Atril document viewer. On clicking the link in Firefox, the in-built PDF reader complains that the document may not open properly.

Confirmed with firefox PDF and document viewer in linux. Not good!
