Test Environment:
$ system-image-cli -i
current build number: 147
device name: krillin

Steps:
1.Play music in music app and let it play in background
2.Open browser to visit Youtube.com
3.Select a video and play it
Actual:
Both music and video are playing at the same time.
Expected:
Music played in background should be paused when video playing is focused.

This happens with any page in the web browser. I'll add them as affected, but they may have to work with the media-hub team to properly set the proper audio role for sound output.
