imported bibles do not retain translated name

Bug Description
Downloading a foreign language bible from the first time wizard does not keep the translated book names. This is because we cannot import the alternativenames database.
Either we should supply this db for each bible, or we could change the bible schema so that it is stored in the bible db

What about the download from the bible importer (I mean after the first time wizard) ? Does it look better ?
(Ok, I know, I can try it by myself)
