map flow will not work when flow ttl has expired

Bug Description
some info in the flow sample like other Virtual Router, underlay source port, underlay protocol are sent only for the first flow sample
and therefore ttl for these fields seem to have expired. Without these fields, map flow wont work.
Send flow fields that are necessary for underlay-overlay mapping in every flow sample or intermittenly so that we don't expire these fields.
Also...maybe separate issue, but flow mapping output in these cases seems to be garbled as well.
