Wallpaper chooser does not remember the previous state

Bug Description
If i change the source of the wallpapers to "Pictures", choose a picture from there, close the Switchboard, reopen it, then the state is not remembered. The original wallpapers are shown again, but actually a custom wallpaper is selected. This plug should know that and show the pictures inside the Pictures folder instead.
