Bug Description

Using stable/liberty of Kolla, python-heatclient 0.8.0 returns summary error. python-heatclient 0.6.0 works correctly. Any pointers?

 Could you run this command in your test script instead?

     heat --debug stack-list

Also, what env vars are your cloud credentials setting?
