Bug Description

The scribus-template package should require either scribus or scribus-ng as in Debian (http://packages.debian.org/testing/graphics/scribus-template).

As it is, if scribus-ng is installed, attempting to install scribus-template forces installation of scribus.

For Feisty, it depends on scribus (see http://packages.ubuntu.com/feisty/graphics/scribus-template).
