double cpu make Virtual machineCPU use rate is too high

Bug Description

Configuring a Windows 7 guest using more than one CPU cases the guest to fail. This happens after a few hours after guest boot.the vm cpu use rate will be higter 80% and nothing process exist。

The guest was created using virt-manager.
I am using Ubuntu 14.04 release candidate.

qemu-kvm version 2.0.0~rc1+dfsg-0ubuntu3.

Can you please update to the latest version of qemu-kvm for Trusty and attempt this again. This bug may be fixed in a newer release. If this still fails, please collect apport information by using:
apport-collect 1504720
