OPAC: Suggest record detail more useful when sorted by parts

Bug Description

In a record detail of an item with parts, it is more useful to list the parts in order, instead of essentially random order. So the suggest sort order is:
Org Unit / Call Number / Part Label Sortkey / Copy Number / Barcode

All EG versions
