No roadmap on wiki for 8.0

We have no roadmap on wiki for Fuel 8.0

Also Fuel 7.0 is still "Ongoing"

I've removed the Roadmap section from the wiki altogether:

Other OpenStack projects don't keep roadmap in the wiki. Having a rigid roadmap extending far into the future is incompatible with agile development model and time based release schedule: it's impossible to predict with any useful level of precision which features will be landed in which release, and an obsolete roadmap that mostly covers past releases is not as useful as an up to date documentation about what is already supported.
