Corrupted file name in ZIP with File Roller

Bug Description

When I get ZIP files, created with Windows, german umlaute in file names are corrupted when decompressed with file-roller.
See example in attachment.

The other way around, when I compress the manually corrected "Kompressoren-Prüfstand.lnk" with file-roller, the receiver on Windows gets "Kompressoren-Prüfstand.lnk".

Workaround for both directions:
Use Total Commander with Wine.

I suspect simlary behaviour with file-roller.

Note: 7z manages to decode the characters correctly.
