Error 404 upon sudo apt-get update for Wily repositories

I am continuing to get errors from the Terminal when running the "apt-get update" command for Wily official repositories

This bug is missing log files that will aid in diagnosing the problem. From a terminal window please run:

apport-collect 1504134

and then change the status of the bug to 'Confirmed'.

If, due to the nature of the issue you have encountered, you are unable to run this command, please add a comment stating that fact and change the bug status to 'Confirmed'.

This has nothing to do with the linux (Ubuntu) package as defined in https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux .

Indeed these ppa's urls are invalid, as the required 'ppa owner' is not set.
It's easy to check those fake 'ppa' ending to 'launchpad.net' into your browser.

Why these urls have been added to sources.list ? and from where have they been found ?
