Change the status from "CURRENT" to "DEPRECATED"

In this for "v1.0" the status is not updated to "DEPRECATED".

Yes, I agree as there is "DEPRECATED" in header, we have to change in detail explanation of API's because there might be a chance of confusion to readers.
