Add a menu item to restore most recently closed tab which is visible if the corresponding setting to keep recently used tabs is enabled. However, the default shortcut is Alt+Shift+W since Ctrl+Shift+T is already used to toggle the visibility of the tool bars. In any case, this can be changed via the keyboard shortcut settings.
